Workplace Harassment

Andrea, usually called as Andie was working in a fast food restaurant. She was in her early 20s, a cashier and regular employee in the company. She was about 5'3 in height, morena, nice eyes, nice smile, simple, slender body but not the type that you'll take a second look. She doesnt wear make up, a light lipstick and face powder will do when she is on duty. Pants and shirt or loose blouse is comfy clothes for her, one of the boys and often joins gimik. But she is somewhat snobbish, aloof and quiet, and serious on her job. This is probably the reason why Allen got curious. He is working as a supervisor in the same restaurant, in his late 20s, has that bad boy image, sports semi bald hairstyle, got that nice eyes with long eyelashes, almost the same height as her,medium built just enough muscles, straightforward but vocal and is linked to different ladies. A red flag for Andie although she liked his eyes and he is a challenge for her. While he is very vocal about liking her, telling her frankly either seriously or through jokes.

When they have the same schedule, he would stay beside her in the counter area. If he needs to give something He would touch her hands. He would touch her hips. When talking to her he would smell her first. And in turn she would push him, slap him, or just shut him out. But they were in good terms, they would talk and laugh a lot. They would eat together during breaks. They had this good friendship and good working relationship.

A day came when they are on opening shift, only few staff were there and still preparing for store opening. She needs some stocks so she went to the stockroom. He followed her and locked the door behind them. She was shocked and nervous but just smiled and ask what the hell are you doing and went to the door to open it. He stopped her and cornered her to the wall. I want to kiss you. She bit. Thinking that this is wrong, I can't give in to him. Deep inside she liked him but his approach is just not right. She laughed and push him so she can have space, you're crazy. He ignored the push and just blocked her way, oh yes, Im really crazy, crazy about you. And without warning he put his lips on her mouth and kissed her. Oh gawd! His lips are soft.. She thought and she can feel her body responding. But she fought it. She tried pushing him away of her but as she pushed, he steadied and just kissed her deeper. She was liking the kiss and his aggressiveness, she could no longer control she returned the kiss. He was a good kisser and she was almost lost in the kiss. She puts her hand on his shoulder, his hand move to her clothed breast and touched it.

But she was able to grasp her control again, she bit his lower lip lighty just enough to feel it. He pulled out the kiss and was shocked. You are naughty ha! He was about to make another move again when a knock was heard from the door. They looked at each other and he just said to her we're not yet done. I'm not done with you and before finally opening the door he sealed what he said with a kiss.
